We acted as Project Manager to the multi-national Peel Energy CCS (PECCS) Joint Venture in its bid to the government’s first Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) Competition.
With over £1 billion available for CCS development, we worked with the consortium for 2 years of public procurement process resulting in PECCS successfully pre-qualifying. Our responsibilities involved:
- Joint Venture facilitation including secretariat and Chair to Management board;
- Technical coordination support;
- Government interface lead;
- Bid Manager; and
- Project delivery in discreet areas of expertise.
